Inspired by the dense water cascades and lighting design the Fontana Liquid Fuel Fireplace presents itself as a character model with young and current. With a defined curve and bold colors and stripes this fireplace stands alone! With a stainless steel back and protective glass front the flames of the fire will dance with wonder.

Featuring the Burner II, it holds 2 liters of bioethanol fuel that will burn 6-8 hours. Ethanol is considered a renewable energy, 100% ecologic that respects the environment and does not contribute to global warming. This ethanol fireplace does not produce smoke, ashes or smell. These characteristics provide an atmosphere of a traditional fireplace, using a new concept of fire with real flame without the inconvenience of smoke or litter.

This fireplace was designed and crafted in Portugal. Designed for environments such as apartments, houses, bars, restaurants and offices, this fireplace suites a new concept of well being that joins together the traditional fire and modern design.

3 Year Limited Warranty

All components are warranted for a period of 3 years after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At the Manufacturer's sole discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. Any returns sent back must be sent via prepaid freight and in the original retail packaging.

Proof of purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. The sales receipt is the only valid proof of purchase. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, service by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
