Manufacturer Warranty :
The Manufacturer warrants its factory built heat exchangers for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser at the original installation of the heat exchanger installed and operated in accordance with the appropriate installation and operating instructions.
In the first year the Manufacturer will supply parts at no charge (F.O. B. Factory) to repair components of the heat exchanger and blower. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The warranty is void if in the opinion of the Manufacturer deems the hearth heater or blower has been improperly installed, abused, misused, tampered with, altered or used with the accessories not supplied or approved by the Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer shall have no responsibility for any special, incident contingent or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defects of or in the fireplace. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Manufacturer does not accept unit returns unless authorized by the Manufacturer. Used units may not be returned.

5 tube fireplace convection heater
Telephone response was fast, courteous, and product-knowledgeable. Shipping was fast, product packing secure and compact, and product assembly instructions simple. Product functioned as advertised, i.e. no smoke emitted into the room being heated, and efficient to heat a 20 x 26 high-ceiling room comfortably within twenty-minutes of starting. Operation with ceiling fan cut room heating time in half. Company and product highly-recommended.

5 Tube Fire Place Grate
I used to own Cardinal FireBird fireplace grates until I couldn't find them anymore. That is the only reason I quit using the product. After that I used a fireplace grate made by EcoFire. We enjoyed that product although it was much more pricey than the Cardinal FireBird grate. When that wore out, I went back to buy a replacement and couldn't find where to order one so I looked around for a tube fireplace grate and stumbled on this one from Woodland Direct. It is very similar in design to the Cardinal FireBird grate I used to use although this one is made of much heavier materials and it is larger. That it is made of heavier materials addresses one of the deficiencies of the Cardinal FireBird Fireplace grates I used to use. Those Cardinal FireBird grates rarely made it through an entire season before the tubes deteriorated to the point that it no longer could be used. With the heavir materials this product is made with I expect it will last much longer. I only got to use this Woodland Direct grate for about a month of the burning season. We use the grate without the blower attachment and we found it very effectively threw heat from the fire into the room. We did notice our fires seemed smokey, but I truly do not know why that is just yet. One feature I wish the product had is a screen just below the tubes to catch the coals so that the hot coals would lay against the tubes rather than fall to the floor of the fireplace. I think that would hlep the grates throw even more heat into the room. That was a design feature of the Cardinal Fireplace grate I used to use. We are satisfied with the Woodland Direct 5 tube grate.

Masonry fireplace unit
Great product, and it works well without the blower unit. I noticed that after a good bed of coals had built up around the tubes hot air literally blew in to the room from the heat convection, all this and we're burning about half as much wood in the fireplace. Your product definitely satisfies my expectations.

It Works
I purchase the unit and blower unit with some concerns as to how well it would really work. It arrived in few weeks after placing order well packaged and for the most part was easy to set up and install, about 30-45 minutes for you need to seal the tubes. Although getting the tubes to line up with the blower unit took some fiddling around with.The first night I used the unit I had the heat on and did notice that the room was warm and comfortable. The next night when it went down into the 30’s I decided to keep the heat off to see how much warmth the unit was really providing. Well all I can say is I was pleasantly surprised at how warm the room was and even the rest of the house. It was not only the fact that it kept the room warm but it was a comfortable soft soothing heat. I really noticed the job it was doing when the fire died out and the house became very cold. The unit will take some time to heat up an area but it defiantly does the job as advertised. I definitely recommend this product.
