Manufacturer Warranty :
The Manufacturer warrants its factory built heat exchangers for 3 years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers only the original consumer purchaser at the original installation of the heat exchanger installed and operated in accordance with the appropriate installation and operating instructions.
In the first year the Manufacturer will supply parts at no charge (F.O. B. Factory) to repair components of the heat exchanger and blower. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
The warranty is void if in the opinion of the Manufacturer deems the hearth heater or blower has been improperly installed, abused, misused, tampered with, altered or used with the accessories not supplied or approved by the Manufacturer.
The Manufacturer shall have no responsibility for any special, incident contingent or consequential damages of any kind resulting from defects of or in the fireplace. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The Manufacturer does not accept unit returns unless authorized by the Manufacturer. Used units may not be returned.

Blower For Fireplace
This product is rather nice. I do like the two speeds for the fan. It does create a rather warm environment in the room and adjoining rooms of my residence. It doesn't heat as well as a wood stove or insert, but it suffices for my purposes. The fire place atmosphere is nice, NOT HOT, but nice.
