Limited Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. If the product exhibits such a defect, Manufacturer will, at its option, repair or replace it, provided the Purchaser: 1. Return the product, post paid and insured, to Manufacturer, and 2. Submit proof of the date of the original purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of God, reasonable wear and tear, installation, accident, misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or products that have been modified or altered.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
