Limited Lifetime Warranty

For one year from date of purchase, the manufacturer warrants this charcoal smoker against defects due to bad workmanship or faulty materials to the original purchaser. The manufacturer's obligations under this warranty are limited to the following guidelines. The warranty does not cover smokers that have been altered or damaged due to: normal wear, rust, abuse, improper maintenence, improper use, disassembly of parts and/or attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized employee of the manufacturer. This warranty does not cover surface scratches or heat damage to the finish, which is considered normal wear. The manufacturer may elect to repair or replace damaged units covered by the terms of this warranty. The warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable or assignable to subsequent purchasers. Except as above stated, the manufacturer makes no other express warranty. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to one year from the date of purchase.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
