Eligible items. The Price Match Guarantee applies only to new, in-stock indoor gas fireplaces identical to the Woodland Direct listing, including brand, model number, size, finish, fuel type and venting. The competitor must be an authorized U.S. dealer for the brand.

How to request a match. Call Woodland Direct before placing your order. Provide the competitor’s name, the current price and a working link or written quote. Woodland Direct verifies price and availability at the time of the request.

Price comparison. Woodland Direct matches the competitor’s item price only. Shipping, taxes and fees are not included in the match.

Excluded products. Isokern products are not eligible for price matching.

Excluded retailers. Prices from Amazon are not eligible, including Amazon.com and third-party sellers on Amazon. Other online marketplaces and auction sellers are also excluded.

Other exclusions. The guarantee does not cover clearance, closeout, open-box, refurbished or used items; membership or club pricing; bundles, gift-with-purchase offers, rebates or coupons; financing offers; limited-quantity or time-limited sales; items out of stock at the competitor; and advertised pricing errors.

Limits. Price matches are limited to 3 units per order, with one match per item. Matched prices do not combine with other promotions or discounts.

Timing. Price matches apply before purchase only. Woodland Direct does not adjust prices on completed orders under this guarantee. The guarantee ends November 15, 2026.

Right to decline. Woodland Direct reserves the right to decline any request and to change or end this guarantee at any time.
