Very Pleased. The unit was delivered on time and set up was as described. There was an additional step required of chaulking the joint of the expandable pipe with the enclosed fireplace chaulk. It worked out well and only took a few minutes. The first time it was used it produced a slight odor but after burn in, it was fine. The fan is not silent but not real noisy. On high it sounds like a bathroom fan. While running, the temperature of the discharges air is hot and the flow is substantial. Make no mistake, this is not a substitue for an insert or wood stove but functions well. I have it in a 20x15 room and after an hour the room remained comforatable with no other heating. After 4 hours I had to open the door to the room to let heat out. The air blows out straight, right at floor level so I added a little diverter to reflect the air up in the room. Instead of heating the hearth stone it now adds more heat into the room. The space between the pipes collects ashes so it requires slightly more attention to keep it clear of ash then my previous grate. I have had it 2 weeks and am happy with it. I would buy it again.

We are pleased with the unit. It does help the effecianty of the fireplace. The motor is a little loud, but the heat circulated in the room helps on the heat bill.
