Our unique Teppanyaki Grill 30" is the perfect complement to your outdoor kitchen. Use it anytime of day, cook pancakes and eggs for breakfast, grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch, or an evening of boneless chicken and stir fried vegetables. And clean up is easy.

Teppanyaki is a Japanese cuisine style that uses an iron griddle to cook food. Now you can serve up your favorite foods using this grill. This grill is designed and is more suitable for smaller ingredients, such as rice, eggs and finely chopped vegetables.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Lifetime Warranty: The manufacturer warrants the stainless steel burners and grates, along with all fabricated stainless steel components for as long as you own your Twin Eagles Grill (lifetime).

5-Year Warranty: The briquette trays, gas valves, sear zone burners and rotisseries burners are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase of your Twin Eagles grill.

1-Year Warranty: All other parts by the manufacturer are warranted for one (1) year from the date of purchase of your Twin Eagles grill.

Please keep a copy of your sales slip for proof of purchase

This warranty applies to the original purchaser. It commences from date of purchase, and is valid only with proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, or discoloration, unless the affected component become inoperable. It does not cover labor or labor-related charged.

This warranty specifically excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specified legal rights, and you may have other rights that may vary from state to state.

This certification process involves an exam to test the practical knowledge these professionals need in order to fully comprehend hearth products and their venting systems. These certifications are based upon fuel type, which includes gas, wood-burning, and pellet fuels. Upon completing all three NFI certifications, the individual is given the title, Master Hearth Professional – the industry’s most prestigious certification.

When you shop with Woodland Direct, you can trust that your experience will be simple and hassle free, no matter which shipping method your package is transported by.

Ground Shipments

All standard ground shipments are transported by way of FedEx or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, the majority of our products are delivered six days a week.

Standard Freight

The majority of freight products ship on standard pallets. Your item may be shipping on a pallet for several reasons. Most products that ship freight are either too heavy or too large dimensionally for ground shipment. However, some are light but fragile, and require extra care in handling.

After placing your order, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a time to drop off your delivery. For this reason, it’s extremely important to provide your main contact number at the time of check out.

Our complimentary liftgate service is available for many of our standard pallet items. This platform is installed at the rear of the truck to expedite the process of unloading your package. The driver will take your delivery off the truck for you, but it is your responsibility to bring it onto your property. Please take a few minutes to examine the exterior of your package for any visible damage. In the unlikely instance that you recognize damage, remember to note it on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip that you’ll receive from the driver.

Oversized Item

When purchasing an extra-large freight item that exceeds liftgate limitations, you’ll need to contact an outside service organization to rent a forklift. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your product, the members of our team will be happy to guide you through the process.
