The stainless steel Ember Extractor is an ideal multifunctional accessory for your wood burning stove. Use the hoe to gather ashes to the center of the stove; once finished, you can sift through the ashes to collect coal to help in lighting a new load of wood without the use of matches, kindling or paper. It also allows you to move the ashes in any direction to assist in the cleaning.
