The Asia Wood Burning Fire Pit is made from one quarter inch thick steel. The sturdy construction assures you of having this functional art for many years to come. This fire pit comes with an iron oxide patina finish that will darken a little with time then become permanent. The inside is coated with a high temperature resistant paint and has a rain drain in the bottom.
Each Asia Wood Burning Fire Pit is handmade by a skilled metal working artist right here in the USA. Although the tools used in metal sculpture work have improved over the years the core skills learned long ago remain the same. Each piece has a brass plate with its unique number. No two pieces carry the same number. This assures your fire pit's individuality.

Woodland did a great job explaining the product and handling the order. The shipping service was less than helpful. The shippers basically dropped the item in my front yard and rushed off refusing to help move it in the desired location. The item is heavy but could easily be maneuvered by the two adult males. All item designed by Firepit Art are going to be heavy and expensive. One would think a higher level of service would come from a purchase of over $2000
