Copper multi-flue flat-top chimney cap
Looks and feels like a quality product. Construction is done well. Weighs more than I expected, so there's a lot of real copper in there. It was good to see that the assembly bolts are also copper. The one installation thing I'll note is that if you need to flip the side panels to move the mounting flanges to the inside, you also need to move the 4 holes drilled into the lid. I'd guess this affects only a very small percentage of the installations.

The quality of the cap was excellent. Shipping was within a few days and the packaging was some of the best that I have seen to alleviate any damage to the product. If there is one negative,there should be at least double the amount of stainless steel concrete screws to attach a cap of this size.Overall, I am completely satisfied. I hope that it lasts a lifetime!

I ordered a copper chimney cap, watched the directional video, which was easy to understand and helpful. Once we finally installed the cap, two of the four holes didn't line up and the homeowner was selling the house, so it needed to be installed for the closing the next day. But the two extra holes were unacceptable to us and to the home buyer. We contacted Woodland Direct and after trying a few different things and letting them know how that went, we were sent a new copper cap. Awesome customer service! Thanks Yvonne for all your help!
