Fireplace Cap
We had this custom cap made and it took a few times talking and measuring to make sure it would be the correct size for what we needed. The team at Woodland Direct have specialty people for each item you need and really helped to make sure we were getting the correct product at the correct size. The cap fit perfectly and the two dampers also fit well are are able to open and close inside of the cap. This groups is great and all the products we received from them were Great Quality and great packing for shipping. Nothing was damaged because of their careful packing. Would use Woodland Direct Any day!.
Stainless Steel chimney cap
Ordering online can sometimes be a challenge, however it was a comfort to deal with Woodland Direct. The customer support was spot on in answering questions; i.e. sizing, stainless steel quality, etc.. When I received the cap, it was packaged well with no damage. I installed it with no complications after purchasing the fasteners, which I thought were being shipped with the cap. So far I've been very pleased with the product and its construction. I hope this will be the only cap, since its stainless steel, that I will ever have to install on our chimney.

Shipping Damage
Cap arrived on time. Container had minor damage. Unpacking revealed significant damage to mounting rim. Customer service, Cassie, was very helpful and I was able to repair and install successfully. Looks good.
Stainless steel Chimney Cap
I had to order a Chimney Cap with special measurements because I own a home built in 1905. The Chimney Cap fit like a glove. Excellent quality, the entire cap was made of High Grade Stainless Steel. I can't believe the difference in heating my home. Would highly recommend Woodland direct.
