Grate Review

Grate worked well. Not much there for the price.

Log Kit

The Log kit I purchased was cracked. It looked like it was repaired with glue or something. I was very disappointed when my installer pointed it out to me. I returned it to the company that sent it to me. I ordered a different log set in hopes that it doesn't happen again. Your Service Representatives was very nice and understanding of my situation. Thank for all the help, and I hope to do business with you again.

Add on Grate

Although the logs came with a grate, the add on made it look much better.
