Very flexible, good product, high quality, price is affordable and easy to install, I'm recommend this product.

SS liner

A little difficult to bend while attaching to insert. Well packaged and appears to be a product that will last.

Works Fine

It doesn't come with anything to attach it to your fireplace. Probably mentioned that somewhere, but I didn't notice it. Would be convenient if something to attach it to your fireplace was included with the chimney as a link. (The were some screws included with the fireplace insert, and that and aluminum tape seemed to work fine, but maybe there's something that works better?

Warranty for Easy Flex

I ordered Easy Flex liner. The Warranty card you enclosed is for Olympia Stainless Steel Lining Systems, is this the right Warranty?

316 Ti Liner

Nick Carrier of Woodland Direct was very helpful in explaining the benefits between the 304L & 316Ti. Due to not having installed the liner yet,possibly rate higher. Entire process with Woodland Direct was very helpful and considerate of my needs.

This liner is of great quality. Is a little stiffer than expected but gets the job done. Easy to install and trim.

chimney insert purchase

I do not typically recommend anyone being in the service business myself for over 30 years, unless I know them personally. However, these people are fantastic. Delivery was earlier than anticipated. Had questions, left message, return call was almost immediate. Questions asked and answered. Although I did not need the two extra caps I purchased (because I did not know what I was doing), I have not yet made any move towards returning them. I am sure that will go as smoothly as my orders did, should I decide to return them. Highly recommend these people.

6" easy flex liner

I have yet to install the kit, but it is very high quality. Not some flimsy cheap pieces. This will last for many years. The shipping was very quick and I will buy from them again. We are already planning the next project and Woodland is top of the list of vendors.

30 feet no problem

30 ft of easy flex liners, we used three people to on roll it. Seemed a lot stronger and better than I thought it was going to be. The top cap went together easy, also bottom T went together like it should through 8in hole in chimney. Two people are needed to in stall it, about a 2.5 hour job for us start to finish.
