Log set way better than I had imagined from the picture. One log was broken during delivery, but Woodland sent a replacement log right away.

The flames from the Outdoor Harmony Burner are awesome, they give off a lot of heat much more than the one we had for the past 12 years. Very satisfied with this burner, flames are just like a real wood burning fire.

High quality gas logs and burner with remot.

Great customer service when selecting the proper log and burner set. Delivered promptly despite other companies telling me they had supply issues.
