WARRANTY

Empire Comfort Systems Inc. warranties this hearth product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase and for the periods outlined below. All hearth products must be installed by a qualified technician and operated in accordance with the owner’s manual. Empire will not warranty any Château, Boulevard, or Mantis fireplace that is not installed by the selling dealer or their direct contract agents. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All warranty repairs must be performed by a qualified gas appliance technician.

Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty – Combustion Chamber, Heat Exchanger & Factory-Installed Glass

If the combustion chamber, heat exchanger, or factory-installed glass fails due to defective materials or workmanship, Empire will repair or replace the part at its discretion.

Limited Three-Year Parts Warranty – All Other Components
(Excludes remote controls, thermostats, accessories, and replacement parts)

If any other component fails due to defective materials or workmanship within three years of purchase, Empire will repair or replace the part at its discretion.

Limited One-Year Parts Warranty – Remote Controls, Thermostats, Accessories & Replacement Parts

If any remote control, thermostat, accessory, or replacement part fails within one year of purchase, Empire will repair or replace the part at its discretion.

Duties of the Owner

• Product must be installed by a qualified installer.
• Product must be operated according to the owner’s manual.
• Owner should retain proof of purchase (receipt, cancelled check, etc.).
• Owner must provide clear access to the appliance for service.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, improper installation, or incorrect operation.
• Travel, diagnostic charges, or freight costs for warranted parts.
• Claims unrelated to defective workmanship or materials.
• Unauthorized service or parts replacements.
• Removal and reinstallation costs.
• Appliances made inoperable due to improper or lack of maintenance.

How To Get Service

To make a warranty claim, contact your installing dealer and provide your model number, serial number, gas type, and proof of purchase. The dealer will coordinate service and contact the factory for any warranted part replacements. Empire will make replacement parts available; shipping costs are not covered.
