Built from durable 304 stainless steel and designed for luxury outdoor kitchens, this versatile grill allows you to enjoy fast gas grilling or traditional charcoal cooking depending on the meal and the moment.

The gas side uses heavy-duty cast stainless steel burners to deliver powerful, even heat across Diamond Sear cooking grids that maximize heat transfer for excellent searing. Stainless steel flavor grids help distribute heat while minimizing flare-ups, and backlit Comfort Touch control knobs provide precise flame adjustment for easy cooking day or night.

On the charcoal side, an adjustable charcoal tray allows you to raise or lower the fuel for precise temperature control, while a dedicated ignition burner quickly lights charcoal or wood without the need for lighter fluid. The result is the rich flavor of charcoal grilling with the convenience and craftsmanship expected from the Aurora series.
