Your order comes with free lift gate service. The freight driver
will use a lift gate to unload the shipment and place it curbside at
your home. You’ll need to move the shipment from the curb to the end

Upon delivery, you’ll be asked to sign the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Before signing, inspect the shipment for visible damage. If damaged,
refuse the shipment and call us for a replacement. Damage to

Add this Heritage Standard Extension - Cabo Carmel to your hearth pad! Extend the hearth pad forward in front of the stove. This wall pad is manufactured by skilled craftsman in America using the finest quality materials. It can be used with solid fuel burning stoves - wood, pellet or coal as it is constructed of non-combustible materials with an iron frame and 6 inch border.
This Heritage Hearth Pad is tested to meet and exceed UL standards for ember and thermal protection. All of the hearth pads have a standard ember protection also known as Type I protection. You can upgrade to a thermal protection known as Type II for extra radiant burning protection, but be sure to check your stove owner’s manual to see if there are model specific R-value requirements before purchasing a hearth pad. Heritage hearth pads offer up to an R-value of 2.0 with the Sapphire Aluminum Edge –Type II allowing you to have peace of mind that your hearth pad will stand the test of time.
There is a 1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in manufacturing.
Exclusions from warranty:
Damage caused by dragging or sliding the appliance across pad.
Damage from impact or point loading.
Damage cause by improper sizing of the hearth pad as laid out in the stove manufacturer's manual.
Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of the product.
To maintain the manufacturer warranty never split wood or drop heavy object on the hearth pad surface. Doing so could chip, crack or loosen the surface. Installer or owner cannot disrupt the integrity of the hearth pad surface (cannot be cut or drilled into etc.).
Do no drop the hearth pad. Handle with care. Do not expose to water or wet elements. Indoor use only.
