Ledgend Glass FP Doors
I love my new doors! They are of first rate quality and fit perfectly. The sales people did a great job of walking me through the measuring and order process over the telephone. The doors came in perfect condition in a very short period of time after I placed my order. Dealing with this company has been a very positive experience.
Doors arrived damaged
Doors arrived damaged even though packaging did not show any signs. Damage to upper left corner of frame and racked allignment of left doors. I have submitted photos via email and placed a call to start a warranty claim with Michelle who has beef very helpfull, she has passed my information along to the appropriate people and I am eating to hear back.
Could be better
Door works fine but the way it was engineered has a lot to be desired! Took much longer than necessary to install because the door design, how the glass is held and the fact that the door adjusts up and down and probably should be fixed, caused much more work than needed. Also should give the option to buyer if they want to have it installed to have a local contractor that buyer can pay to install the door.
