Stress Free and Accurate
I sent a drawing to the team at Woodland Direct and they got back to me with a quote the same day. I decided to check a competitor and after more than 2 weeks they finally got me a much higher quote...! Needless to say, I went with Woodland Direct and got a great product on time and in perfect condition. When we got it up to the chimney, it fit like a glove. Design
The shroud I received is not exactly like the photo...in fact, it is quite different. Nonetheless, it will do. My client doesn't notice the difference. I just wish I had known that it would be a little different. Otherwise, the service and the product are of good quality.
