50 inch biltmore
We received the fireplace VERY quickly, and was very easy to install. More than happy. Our clients love it.
Our salesman Danny Lombardo was just amazing to work with, he had all the answers to all my questions, and he was able to set me up with the perfect fireplace for our needs. He was an ace on the venting as well. Great company, and great young man to work with.
Great online purchase experience! Some shipping damage on first order but rep James Doto took care of everything very quickly to complete satisfaction. My second purchase here and my highest recommendations.
Great looking unit but something fell apart
I recently installed the unit and for the most part it's what I hoped for. However, the damper for the combustion air intake had a piece of metal on it that immediately fell off when we tested it. It is stuck inside the fireplace enclosure and now it won't be airtight when closed. I have a case open and I'm waiting to hear back from the Woodland Direct on how this can be fixed.
