Can the fireplace blocks be mortared?
A:
The Victorian does come with an adhesive to hold the blocks together. However, mortar can also be used instead.

If I purchase the natural gas version, does it come with a gas log kit or is that additional?
A:
A gas log set would need to be purchased separately.

How many hours does it take to assemble the Rockwood Victorian?
A:
It will take two people approximately 6-8 hours.
Q:
It says I need a forklift at the time of delivery. Does that the delivery truck will not have equipment necessary to offload the fireplace kit?
A:
This unit is too heavy for a standard lift gate, so yes you would need to have a forklift on hand.
