Stainless Steel Chimney Shroud
The Old England Custom Chimney Shroud in stainless steel from Woodland Direct is lovely and very well made. Ours is a two-fireplace chimney, so the dimensions are large (approx. 4' x 7' x 2' high). The Woodland Direct salesman was extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and very prompt getting responses back directly from the manufacturing team. We needed to have extra-long, stainless-steel brackets made for the shroud since our chimney is faced with stone and the built-in brackets were not long enough. Otherwise, I would have rated the shroud purchase 5 stars. We are very happy with Woodland Direct and this product.
Chimney Shroud
Long lead time item. It was boxed and packaged, but apparently had been dropped. The Chimney Shroud was damaged and completely out of square. Had to take apart and fix before installation. Would have returned it, but could not wait any longer due to project schedule.
