Outdoor Fireplace Kit

Ordered the Outdoor Fireplace Kit, Firebrick Kit and Chimney Kit. The directions were very limited and incomplete. Fortunately, other similar products had better and more complete directions that enabled me to understand what to do. The firebrick kit that included "the right amount of materials" was 30% too much and therefore 30% over priced. Part of my order was lost in transit. How do you lose a 3000 lb palette of material? The precast components were not consistent in size and shape and needed further trimming and smoothing as delivered. For the amount of money I spent, quality control should have been at a higher level. I was told by sales that the delivery would be to my garage but both times the trucker was incapable of delivering up my driveway. For a suitable fee, I'll revise your instructions so they are complete and enable the consumer to complete their project successfully.

36" arched fireplace

the kit was great but the installation instructions were poor. The instructions were for the standard fireplace, the arched unit is put together slightly differently so it can be confusing.

The delivery was fast and efficient, and the product was so simple to put together. It is of great quality, and very sturdy!!

Fire rock mortar

The stuff was different than any mortar we had ever used. I am sure it does a great job but don't get it on anything you don't want black!

Easy and Fun

Spent a great day with my two grown sons building our fireplace on father's day! It was very easy to build and looks great!!

Good, sticky stuff. One bag was open on delivery and some had spilled out. I had enough to finish the fireplace, though.

Ordered the fireplace on Wednesday and received it the following Tuesday. It came on a pallet that was securely wrapped instructions were included.

Great Setup

Comes with everything you need. Assembles easily. Has plenty of mortar and bricks even for a herringbone pattern. Shipped well packaged and undamaged. Great start for an outdoor fireplace.
