I am not at the point where this is to be installed. Inspected arrived in great condition, is what I expected and will work perfectly when I am ready to install.

Recent purchase

This item was exactly what I needed. This is an excellent company to work with with. After hurricane Harvey they help me replace my fireplace that was destroyed by the flood water. They were great with additional parts to customize to my homes needs. I would highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service

The sales and customer service departments at Woodland Direct were amazing to work with. We ordered a fireplace and all the accessories for installation. The techs that work in the sales department talked me though everything we would need for our contractor to do the installation. When the fireplace arrived, we found some damage. We took pictures of the damage and emailed them to the customer service department. They were very quick to respond, and they sent us a new fireplace within 2 days. Everyone we worked with was helpful and knowledgeable. I very seldom do reviews, but I had to share how much we appreciate everyone at Woodland Direct!
