The product was damaged upon arrivial. I contacted the company and they were pleased to send me another at no charge.
Received {3) 48" sections of the Dura Tech. One of them was slightly dented at the bottom end and it took a little effort to straighten it so it would connect. The carton was not damaged, so it evidently was packaged that way. Other than that, I was pleased with the delivery, and the chimney is working fine. The furnace is outdoors and I had initially followed the recommendation of the installer and used "B" vent for the chimney. After burning the furnace for a couple of weeks, the chimney failed, so I contacted a tech and followed their instructions to use the "A" chimney. If I had a complaint, it would be that the ash grating does not drop the ash without a low fire and some help. Overall, I am very pleased with the furnace in heating my Iowa home.
