great quality stuff!!!! very easy to install even if you have no expeience my only complaint is the 30 day return policy...i had taken the advice of your service rep and consequently got 2 lenths of triple wall pipe i didn't need...i wasn't able to install my stove in time to know i didn't need them and return them for a refund(due to snow and rainy weather)

The ordered adapater was as described and was delivered in good condition in a timely manner. Customer service was excellent and helpful. Overall, I very happy with this product and would reccomend it.

Product was fine, but could have used some instructions, was trying to put it in upside down. Shipping was slow. If not for above would have given it a 5.

Very happy with all aspects of doing business with you. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and understanding of this rookie. I had a lot of trouble with the insulation shield as it had to go in a space it did not want to fit. I had to modify it and it looks extremely un-professional but I'm confident it is safe as all the clearances are there. I think I was sent an extra spark arrestor but I'll just keep it to be a replacement. Thanks and I think I may be ordering more from you soon.

6" telescoping pipe

Great product,easy to adjust the length,wonce the length is set put a screw in to keep the pipe at the desired length,start afire and enjoy!

I'm still waiting to start a fire because the stove pipe that is 38"-70", is 2" too tall.

6 inch pipe

received 6 inch pipe but had several bent places on all 4 pieces I ordered. Had to hammer bent places out in order to use the pipe. should have better shipping box's and more packing in box
