Poor research on sizing...

As I indicated in the email of October 19, 2010; the salesman KNEW from our discussions that the chimney was a ten inch outside diameter. The kit included a stainless steel bolt that was too short to hold the band around the chimney. I had to find a regular steel one to substitute on-the-spot for the men with the cherry picker to use. CONCLUSION: Your company and each manufacturer you used to supply the devices had VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL!!!

Support Bracket arrived with no damage or defects. Installed easily and the brackets were long enough to reach the house. This saved me from having to fasten to my rolled roofing. I did install some additional lock washers for my own piece of mind that were not included. Since installation we have had 50 MPH wind gusts from Hurricane Sandy and the chimney survived with no issues!!!! Truely a great expirience!!!

Easy to install ...

It arrived just in time before a big storm. No directions were included but not needed. Easy to install - did it in less than 30 minutes. Storm hit. Chimney pipe stood solid. Mission accomplished.

Roof Bracket

This bracket fits perfectly and was very strong holding my stack when the snow and Ice mounted on my roof against it recently!
