I'm very happy with the product I recieved and the service I was provided. Thank you very much and I look forward to ordering again.

The pipe pieces are supposed to "lock" together, but they do not. Instructions should indicate that the pieces will fall apart if they are not screwed together. No screws were provided, and pieces fell apart when lifted to the roof crashing to the ground nearly hitting my wife and completely destroying the $130 chimney cap.

First product arrived quick but was damaged. Called to report damaged product was easy and hassle free to get new product coming but shipping on replacement was extremely slow. Overall service was good.
