Ease of Ordering

I am very pleased with the easy of ordering from WoodLand. I received the products I ordered in a timely manner, in excellant condition. I would order from this company again.

Great Product

I love it. It's very cute. We put it in the fireplace and lit a fire immediately, and it makes me feel much less nervous about lighting fires inside of the old, less-than-perfect masonry firebox. I am also excited about reflecting more heat back into the room from the fireplace. All around, very satisfied, and am having no problems with it.

Fireplace Equipment

I recently purchased a Fireback, Pennsylvania Small Fireaback Saf-T-Boots, and a grate with ember retainer. As our fireplace is rather small, I had to consult several times about the dimensions and other features of these items, to determine if they would be appropriate for our fireplace. I always received excellent feedback from a very professional staff.And the equipment is equally impressive. We couldn't be more pleased. The quality of workmanship is of the highest level.

Pennsylvania Small Fireback Saf-T-Boots

Perfect fit for my American Eagle Pennsylvania fireback. The safety boots keep the fireback in place and sturdy. I would not buy a fireback without getting these also. Pennsylvania Co. products are high quality and made in the USA too!

Fireback feet

They definitely do the job they were meant to do. I only gave it 4 stars because the finish wasn't covering the entire surface. I meant to call to ask if this would affect it's long term performance, but never got around to it.

Pennsylvania Firebacks Cast Iron Small Fireback Saf-T-Boots

Again, not clear whether 5 is high rating or low rating. My 5 is a high rating. Great supports for fireback.

The boots make for easy placement and positioning of the fireback with no worries of the fireback shifting or moving while the fire is burning.

Received Damaged

I received the boots damaged on Friday. I immediately called Woodland Direct. The response was excellent. I spoke with a concerned and conscientious customer service representative. Paperwork was done...and the boots were replaced. Received them Tuesday. This company is great to deal with. No hassle, speak with a human being, and gets your problem resolved.

Quality and Service

The Sef-T-Boots are excellent, and I received them two days after placing the order. Spectacular service!

Product is excellent, we have burned our fireplace a few times since we got it and are pleased on all counts.

Wish I had purchased these sooner

These saf-t-boots are just what we need to keep the fireback from sliding out into the living room. They are substantial, so the fireback is not going anywhere. I wish I had purchased these sooner.
