chimney brush order
The ordering process and the use of the product once it was delivered was excellent. The quality is good and should provide years of service. I will be ordering another brush in the near future for a different chimney.
The chimmey brush we ordered from Woodland Direct worked perfectly. The brush arrived on time and your email updates were great. We will order from your company again.
Professional Series Rectangular Chimney Brush - 3/8" PT
this chimney brush is about 1/4" to small for my chimney but I am able to use it. it works very well and this brush made it easy to clean out my chimney this fall. I would also recommend using a light on the end of an extension cord to lower into the chimney so that you can see what are might need more brushing.

I have not used the brush yet so I do not know about its performance . Everything looks OK so far .
The chimney brush is oversize and bristles irregular irregular. The quality looks satisfactory. I have tried to clip them down to the correct size with wire cutters but find the task more than My wrist can handle. I will attempt to use an acetylene torch tonight to rectify the situation. As the brush is now it sticks in the flue and is almost impossible to extract. Much leverage is needed. I've measured the flue and the bristles and the bristles are 1/2" to 3/4" s to long.
