Note: This warranty is applicable to the original owner only. Bromic Heating (the warrantor) will provide a replacement heater or replacement part if a covered component fails. (bromic.com)

Service & Labour Responsibility
The warranty covers only replacement heaters or parts. The owner is responsible for all other costs, such as:
- Labor for removal/re-installation
- Shipping/delivery charges for sending replacement parts and returning defective items
- Any required materials, permits, handling or administrative costs
Limitation on Implied Warranties
Any implied warranties (including warranty of merchantability under state law) are limited to one year for the heater or its parts. Some states may not allow this limitation.
Claim Procedure
Claims must be initiated with the dealer/retailer who sold the heater, or with any other dealer handling Bromic products.
