Return of item
Unfortunately, the fire place screen did not fit our needs, but the personal service in handling the return was outstanding. The service rep on the phone could not have been more helpful. Also the responsiveness was so quick in processing the refund. This is the best on-line service I have ev experienced. Also, a year ago,we purchased an expensive fire pit from Woodland. That experience was also very good.
