Not Yet Installed

I did not wish to give this product less than five stars but must admit it is not yet installed. The first unit came damaged but that was made right by Woodlands Direct. (Unit was unwrapped and inspected, pictures taken, and then refused the delivery.) The second unit arrived very quickly. The hold-up on installation has been drywall finishing. Lyndon was great with communications regarding ordering initially and then helped with the replacement. I would order again from Woodland Direct and have already passed their information on to others. The unit looks great but I can't speak in more depth than that until it is installed.
