More than expected
We purchased the Empire Boulevard 36" fireplace and could not of made a better decision. We have owned gas fireplaces in several homes and my concern was controlling the temperature of the room. My wife likes it "warm" in the room which gets way to warm for me. We purchased the Intermittent pilot model to control the temperature. I would not buy another fireplace without this feature. We can set it to a select temperature and it will go on and off around that temperature. No more waking up in the middle of the night with it so hot in the room you want to open a window in the middle of winter. We looked at several fireplaces before deciding on this fireplace.

Easy to use fireplace
Levi Rhanor was super helpful with my order... and it was sent out almost as fast as Amazon Prime; I got it in like 3 days. He upsold me on the "surround" of the fireplace, which I didn't think I needed but he said it was the most common thing people came back ordering after the install... and he was definitely right, you want the black surround strip, even if you are doing a whole quartz built-in. If you have questions, order it over the phone, the sales team was very knowledgeable and patient with me.
