Fire log set
Logs that were sent were great just not enough of them to cover the gas pipe under the lava rock. It makes it look like the rocks are burning and not the logs so much. We ordered another smaller set of logs elsewhere and filled in the open areas. Also the gas pipe whistles when you adjust the flames high enough to look natural. No instructions whatsoever to show you how to set it up. I would recomend it to a friend with reservations.

Great Fire Log Kit
Our replacement gas fire log kit arrived in good time, and was just as shown and described. We had a plumber install the gas ring, logs, and lava rock in our existing fire pit. They work great, and we have enjoyed 2 s'mores parties so far!

Logs are great. Very good quality and look good too. I am very pleased. I am also very pleased with Woodland Direct. There was a log damaged in shipping and with 1 phone call a replacement was quickly shipped. Manufacturer and Dealer worked very well together. I will next replace my fire place logs with same brand and Woodland

Exterior Gas Logs
The Woodland Exterior Fire Pit Logs arrived in a short time frame, friendly delivery service and easy to install. We are enjoying our new gas logs, which replaced our standard wood fire pit. Now no odor after a fire.

Look and work great
Packaged well, no issues. Lava rock was perfect amount. Logs look great and actually provide more heat (was hoping) than just the glass I had previously. I talked to a rep and he helped me through the process. All good and enjoying already.

Logs look great
The logs themselves were a huge improvement for my fire pit and they look natural and are well built. I would only advise not to rely on the replacement fire ring piping that comes with this set, as it is a very basic x shape and not concentric rings. Also the lava stone is too fine and small (more like gravel siz than stone) and tends to make a mess. But if all you care about are the actual logs, you can't go wrong with this product.
