Fire pit gas logs

Upon ordering the gas logs shipping information was noted as 3 to 5 days. After 2 weeks I called and was then notified the logs were on back order and would ship sometime around Dec. 5th. Although I was disappointed on the length of time it took to receive the product I must say when I called to find out what the delay was the customer service representative was very apologetic, explained that I should have been notified that the product was on back order and then took the time to research when the product was expected to ship. As stated above I was disappointed in length of time to deliver the gas logs but I was impressed with the customer service I received when inquiring about the order. I plan to order gas logs for my fire place and because of the way I was treated by your customer service department I will purchase from Woodland Direct in the future.
