Flat screen
We were disappointed because we thought it was a flat screen against the fireplace. Which basically turned out to be the same thing that we already had. I even called b4 it was shipped and was told that it was a flat screen; however, once received it did not go up snug to the fireplace as we had requested. We wanted to send back, but the box was a little damaged and would not have been good to send back in. We would like to send back, please let is know what we need to do in order to send back.

Looks good but not as well made
Have purchased other products from Woodland and been very impressed with substance and how they are made....this screen, not so much. Feet are bit flimsy and a hot log touched the screen and has permanently discolored the black finish. Not what I expected on quality level.
