Quality Product, even better company to deal with
This set of logs replaced an identical set I purchased 25 years ago. When I received this shipment one of the logs was broken in the box. I contacted Woodland via telephone call and uploaded pictures to them by email. Immediately they shipped a replacement set of logs without hesitation. This had to be the best response by a Vendor that I have ever dealt with resolving an issue. It was such a pleasure having a Merchant address an issue and correct it in such a quick manner....have not seen this type of customer service in a very long time. A+ Company
