Everything I ordered was excellent quality and reasonable in price.
Grand Canyon Logs
Product is very nice. However the shipping took FOREVER and the estimated delivery time was VERY misrepresented. The actual delivery time was well over two + months and was represented to be 3 to 4 weeks. Trying to get delivery updates was harder than it should have been. The overall process was VERY frustrating. To add insult to injury, upon receipt we discovered that they didn't include many of the parts. I had to take pictures of all the boxes and the contents and again had to go through SEVERAL attempts to get the missing parts delivered.

Third time's the charm?
Logs are nice, but they arrived broken the first two times. I was surprised that no bubble wrap is used in shipping and only the single box with no outer protection. Customer service was great and responsive, however, and they did promptly send replacement logs (twice). New burner works great and logs are very attractive. I am happy in the end, despite delivery frustration.

Great Customer Service
Purchased this and it looked great. Unfortunately the unit just didn’t fit properly in my poorly made fireplace. They made returning the unit easy and hassle free.
