Cannon ball gas log set
The finished product looks great but getting to that stage was disappointing. The gas log set has to be assembled and there is no indication of that fact on the web site. When I say assembled I mean attaching valves that need to be drilled,lighting system, thermo coupler not just arranging the logs. The instructions are a xerox copy that are unreadable and customer service is not very informed. My impression is this web site advertises a whole package but sells seperate items that they bundle at a warehouse. It took a professional gas log installer to figure my system out and we still had to modify it slightly. Nice finished product,terrible road to get there.
