Jumbo Grand Canyon
Beautiful, realistic - very happy with our new log set. BE AWARE - the installation directions for our 60" left much to be desired. Many pieces sent (for almost every contingency but ours) - but terrible directions or illustrations to figure out how to install. Our plumber had to make 2 calls to finally get the information needed. I understand from conversations, with both Woodland Direct and Grand Canyon Log Manufacturer that installation information is being updated. Reps (Seth, Jeff and Jacob) from both companies were a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond. So despite initial frustrations the end result is a fireplace which is everything we envisioned.
High quality log set and burner
The purchase process was easy and appreciate the opinions and guidance of Woodlands Direct. The log set came in a pallet, packed securely with a quality carrier. Install instructions from Grand Canyon are to be desired (log placement especially) but not horrible.
