Ceramic Logs
I hope 5 was the highest score I could give because we absolutely love the logs we ordered from you. At first I thought they looked kind of fake but once they got a little soot on them they look awesome.
Excellent customer service
I had my order arrive with several pieces damaged and when I contacted Woodland Dirct they immediately opened a ticket. This was a late Friday so I had to wait for the following Monday to speak with the customer service agent to help me. After a few email communications including pictures of the damaged pieces I received an email telling me that a whole new set was being sent and that I did not to return the first set. This was not expected but it speaks volumes about the integrity of thi company and what they think of their customers. I would definitely purchase from Woodland again and recommend them to my friends.
Wilderness Charred Logs
I ordered these logs to use in a custom made outdoor fire pit (i.e. wood-burning steel pit converted to natural gas burner). I was unsure of what to expect from concrete logs, or what difference might be between different brands. (They aren't cheap!) I was impressed with the live sales help: an actual, knowledgeable person. When the logs arrived, they looked good. The surprise was burning them the first time, only to see them actually glow red in the interior of the pile, much like real wood. I'm more impressed than I ever expected to be.
Oak logs
Absolutely loved them, looked great when new. They have turned black with the natural gas, not sure why. I have been told to spray with water to help but so far no luck. I ordered more to replace, hope it doesn't keep happening.
Great Firepit!
We love our new fire pit and all of our guests ask us where we found something so perfect for our backyard setting. The logs are so realistic and the flame/rock combination is perfect. Thank you!

Nice Product
Have been using logs for outdoor propane fire pit. Very well constructed and heavy material. The color looked a bit pale which concerned me that they wouldn't look right at first, but as soon as they were in the fire for a night or two and got some soot on them, they look absolutely real. Were a bit more expensive than others, but worth it. Nice quality. Hopefully they last a few seasons.
Great Logs
These logs look great. Much better than others I have seen. Our fire pit is outdoors. The logs and fire can bee seen from all angles so it was important to have logs that could be placed separately and be re-positioned if needed. They look good even when they aren't lit. Very happy with the purchase. I gave it a four instead of a five because a couple of the smaller ones were broken in shipping. I didn't feel like dealing with returning them and I was able to arrange them so you can't tell so I never requested replacements.
Fire Pit Logs
Most realistic looking logs that I have ever seen. I ordered two sets, since one didn't look like enough for 40 inch pit. I feel that 515 each was pretty high.

Logs look and burn great, but even better than that was the service I got from woodland direct. My contractor told me on Monday that the logs he wanted to order for me were on 6 week back order, I called up woodland direct Monday afternoon, and I had them by Thursday afternoon, one day before my contractor was done with my firepit! Thanks so much!!
Product is performing...
We tried the concrete refractory logs and they disentegrated in weeks. We tried the ceramic logs and they were for fireplaces not fire pits. These logs look real and are performing great! We have an 18” penta burner and it puts out the flame. I have every confidence this investment will pay back for years!
