FAQs

You will need to work with a licensed gas professional to determine how large your gas line needs to be. It will depend on the size of your fire pit and its BTU requirements, along with gas pressure, length of run, elbow placement, and other hardware that could affect the gas flow.

DIY installation is possible with Propane kits, but for Natural Gas hook ups or hard-piped gas connection, a licensed professional is recommended.

Many burners come with manual key valves or electronic ignition systems with flame controls. Some can be connected to smart home devices or remotes.

Most electronic ignition systems need a 120V or 24V power source. Some models use battery backup systems, but most require hardwired power.
