What I Needed
Thank you very much for your quick service. I tried buying this part locally but 20 businesses in my area would not help me. I made the damper myself years ago and I was in the process of selling my house and the home inspector was not smart enough to know how to use the chain I had. Trust me it was simple. So I found this part on your site tried calling local businesses first. They all told me no you can't do that. No it wont work. They all wanted to sell me a whole new damper when all I needed was a handle for the end of the chain. So I just want to say thank you for being there and from now on I will only use you and do the work myself. Thanks again.
