Lynx Professional Warranty
One Year Full Warranty
Lynx Outdoor products and their component parts, except as noted below, are warranted to be free from defective materials or workmanship under normal residential use for one year from the date of original retail purchase or closing date for new construction, whichever is longer.
Lynx will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part found to be defective during the warranty period. Warranty service must be performed by a Lynx authorized service agency or representative. Coverage includes parts, shipping, and authorized service labor during normal business hours. Service must be pre-approved by Lynx.
90 Day Cosmetic Warranty
Lynx products are warranted to be free from cosmetic defects in material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of original retail purchase. This applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by handling or installation. Products should be inspected at delivery, and any defects must be reported to the selling dealer within 90 days.
90 Day Warranty for Residential Plus Applications
Lynx products are designed and certified for residential use only. They are not intended for commercial applications. Lynx provides a full 90 day warranty for products used in approved Residential Plus settings such as bed and breakfasts, fire stations, private clubs, churches, and condominium or apartment common areas. This does not apply to restaurants or other food service locations.
Five Year Limited Warranty
During years two through five, Lynx will repair or replace, free of charge for the part only, any stainless steel burner or brass burner assembly, rotisserie infrared burner, electric warming drawer element, firebox, drip tray, manifolds and gas valves, warming racks and spit rods, Napoli oven accessories, side or power burner grate, or briquette tray that fails due to defective materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
The owner is responsible for shipping, handling, and labor costs. This warranty does not cover cosmetic issues such as corrosion, scratching, discoloration, or similar blemishes caused by normal wear, improper use, or lack of maintenance.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
For the lifetime of the unit, while owned by the original purchaser, Lynx will repair or replace, at its discretion, any covered component that fails due to defective materials or workmanship under normal residential use. This applies to the Trident burner, ceramic main burners, and certain stainless steel cooking components if rust affects the structural integrity of the product.
Covered stainless steel components include:
- Cooking grates
- Grill canopy
- Rear grill hood assembly
- Control panel
- Bullnose
- Grill drip tray
- Stainless steel covers for Lynx companion products
This warranty covers the part only. The owner is responsible for shipping, handling, and labor. It does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, neglect, or use in a marine environment.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to these Lynx products:
- Lynx Professional Grills
- Lynx Napoli Outdoor Oven
- Lynx Asado Cooktop
- Lynx Power Burner
- Lynx Side Burners
Warranty Terms
All warranties, except the Limited Lifetime Warranty, extend to the original retail purchaser and to each transferee owner during the term of the original purchaser’s warranty when the product is transferred through a home sale only.
This warranty does not cover units purchased as b-stock, liquidation, salvage, seconds, refurbished, as-is, or used products. Coverage applies only to products purchased in the United States and Canada.
Lynx is not responsible for consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to food or medicine loss due to product failure. Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the period of the applicable express written warranty.
How to Obtain Service
Before calling for service, please have the following information ready:
- Model number
- Serial number, located on the underside of the drip tray or on the heat shield
- Date of purchase or proof of purchase
