Very impressed with the customer service. All components were delivered quickly on pallets and shrink wrapped. Installation was easy. It looks beautiful. We cooked popcorn on the heavy-duty cooking grate which swings out of the way to add wood. No hesitation to recommend this product 100%.
Rockwood Grand Fire Ring with Limestone Cap
Put this together in about 3 hours start to finish and it looks great! Some stones had some chips, but I was able to put those on the bottom where they couldn't be seen. The limestone cap it worth the $$$, but it could have come with a tube of matching caulking to fill in the gaps. Can't wait for the first fire.

The cap is great adds a nice touch gives the fire pit a more finished look
Too many defects
The Limestone Ring Cap arrived with stains from the shipping material that cannot be cleaned. The replacement Cap arrived with the same type of stains. I was able to pick out the best pieces from both shipments to make a full ring. Some of the "good" ones had a chip on the inside of the cap that luckily would be covered by the medal fire pit ring. Buyer beware.
