vent free fire place

I received the vent free fireplace in good time. I had it put together and istalled that weekend. It went togethere easy. It fired up nicely. It isn't cold enough to keep fired up for long. I think it will do the trick keeping the home and family warm. Thank you for your help and support putting this project together :)

Evening Fyre

The logs look great and are easy to install. They give off an ample amount of heat in my 400 sq ft family room, which has a 12 foot ceiling. I recommend the set.

Evening Fyre vent free logs

Customer service and tech support were excellent. I worked with Jeremy Kline on the order as well as issues after I received the order. He got everything resolved. When received log set one of the logs was cracked. Got a replacement in a reasonable time. Also had issues at first with the logs causing burning of our eyes? He worked with us to resolve these issues as well. I had left the embers off the burner because I was waiting for the new log. This was causing too much air to get into the burner and causing incomplete combustion. Everything seems to be working fine at this time.

WIFE IS HAPPY

Needed to replace a set of older logs we've had for 20+ years. We went to local dealerships but supply is very limited due to COVID-19. I visited the Woodland website and picked out some logs I thought she would like. She picked these and is completely happy with them. Everything arrived in perfect shape. All parts and paperwork were included. Plumber installed them last Friday and they were very impressed with the look and feel of the set. Most important thing, Wife is Loving them.

Beautiful logs

The logs arrived sooner than expected! My husband installed them in one morning and they have been enjoyed ever since! We love the remote off/on option as it got OLD having to get down on a knee to start the previous logs! The ability to turn the heat down as needed has also been a huge "PLUS"!

Fireplace Magic

The Real Fyre gas log set changed our boring fireplace into the focal point of our living room. The logs look great without flames, but when they are lit, the log set is beautiful. Happy with our high quality gas logs.

We are so glad that we paid more for the realistic top quality gas logs! It looks like a “real” fire with natural logs. The only thing missing is the “crackling” sound. The remote control is a real nice addition. It makes it really easy to light the fire and control it on these cold mornings.

Flames are low

Nice looking logs and embers definitely add to the set. Only problem is this is the highest the flames go on highest setting. This is what our last set we had for 20 yrs looked like on the lowest setting. Disappointing this is the highest.

Excellent Suport

Purchase was an excellent experience. Sales discussed the correct size for my insert. Shipping was as promised. Installation was simple and easy. Logs were damaged on delivery. Woodland Direct sent a new set of logs to replace the damaged ones. Highly recommend both Woodland and the Peterson Real Frye gas log set.
