Log Set

This log set looks real, especially when operational. Installation was straightforward, and well documented. Very satisfied.

Wonderful in its reality!

We have bought 5 sets now from Woodland Direct and while they are all amazing, this is our favorite. It is not only amazingly real but the look is straight out of some Blazing fire in Dickens or an old country house. It welcomes, heartens and can be toastingly warm!

Product was excellent. Wrong grate was shipped but resolved by the manufactuer. Logs are very real looking.

Gas log set

Dear sir, I have just got the set in my country.It looks perfect, I have to test it during the following weekend.I am sure it will meet up my expectations. I interested to have one more identical set and since you do not export to Europe, I would appreciate to support the next bargain. For the current one i asked from a friend of mine who lives in NY to take after and to ship it with US Post. I am willing to pay via bank transfer all expenses in advance but I would like to provide me with a contact in US who will be helpful to receive the packet at his home in US and ship to my country using US Post service. Log set

The logs were originally very life-like and resembled the split live-oak wood in my area. After a few months of fires, the logs were noticeably faded and the color much more grey than the original yellows and browns. Otherwise, great set up, etc.

LOVE IT

This is the second time we have purchased a gas log set with Woodland Direct. Both times we needed to talk with the call center and they answered all of our questions. Our products arrived quickly and were installed yesterday. We highly recommend Woodland Direct!

Gas Logs for a Historic Home

The flames are incredibly realistic as are the logs. I am able to see the ignition set up a bit more than I had wanted but am thinking of adding additional embers to conceal. The team at Woodland Direct could not have been more helpful in getting me the exact logs needed for each fireplace and a set up that worked for the existing measurements. Thrilled!

Great GaslogSet

Wanted this because my wife cannot tolerate even minimal smoke so hadn't used the fireplace in 15 to 20 years. Finally decided we missed the "look", plus the heat (less than a wood fire, but still noticeable). This looks great and most people who see don't even realize it isn't a real wood fire. I would definitely buy again. My installer also indicated based on his experience that the price was excellent.

Great gas log set

Absolutely love the log set, really substantial and realistic looking. Unfortunately, the G46 burner assembly was a big disappointment. The pilot light doesn't work correctly, which is frustrating.

Love our new gas logs
