I really wanted a birch gas fireplace set. I did some research online and chose your company based on selection and price. I was pleasantly surprised by the expertise and friendliness of your customer service represenative. He talked me through the whole ordering process and advised me I did not really need everything I thought I did. I appreciated that. The set arrived within days and we had it installed by a local plumber with experience doing that. We could not be more pleased. We just love it and use it every day. I would recomend your company to anyone.

the log set is very attractive and looks nice when burning. the on/off switch, however, is poorly locatend the metal cover for it is worthand dangerous. very poorly designed

Logs

Received the logs, but the large one was cracked and beginning to split. Contacted Woodland and sent a picture as requested but never heard anything more.

This set is unbelievable. It's beautiful and simple to set up. would recommend this to everyone. If you are going to do it get the best.

Heat

This gas log with a single burner is above and beyond of what I expected. The Birch Logs are so good they look real. Truely pleased, would highly recommend.

Great service...product...price

Quality product, fast shipping, great price, and Woodland was happy to answer all my questions. I'm not the handiest person, but installation was pretty easy. Watched a couple of YouTube videos, then changed out a switch system to a match lit fireplace (waste having pilot lit on when I only use fireplace 12 times a year). Also replaced my old logs, new ones look so much more realistic.

Best Set

2nd Set of these we have purchased. They look amazing with modern fireplaces! Only issue was I had to google the log layout as it did not come with the set. But that was easy and setup was a breeze! Receive compliments all the time.

White Birch Gas

I chose this white Birch set for my living room. It is a more formal and brighter look than the Oak which is perfect for my family room. I am extremely happy with the quality. Garret in customer service was awesome !

Birch log set

My fireplace stone was white-washed so when I was looking for a log set and saw the white birch, it was a no-brained to order it. It looks stunning and I’m very happy with it!

Great Looking Set

The log set is great, high quality, and looks beautiful in our fireplace. The logs turn black quickly but we think they should wipe clean easily.
